Women Department (Eloe Yangro)
The Women Department under Wokha Town Baptist Church is headed by a Women Leader and Associate Women Leaders and Deaconesses from all the colonies under Wokha Town. Women Department caters to women’s related activities and initiatives across all the sectors of the church.
Aims and Objectives of Women Department
The key to women’s ministry is looking at the needs of the women in the local Church and the local community and thinking strategically about how best to meet those needs.
Our aim is to ensure every woman in this congregation has the opportunity to:
- Hear and respond to the gospel.
- Grow in Godliness.
- Encourage on to faith and good works.
- Be equipped for service.
- Be active in making disciples.
